“I am a long standing customer. The service is excellent and they are responsive and easy to contact. The soaps are wonderful - and the packaging is now all paper not plastic”

“Genuine French soap, with delightful perfumes, and Customer Service to match. We have never had a need to return anything to the company, as everything was right “first time.” Used. The “the girls” for a couple of years now, and just about to order again. Lovely bubbly.”

“I love receiving my box of goodies- nothing else smells so wonderful and is so mood lifting! The clean fresh scents that rise from the parcel make me smile. Then opening the box and feeling the tactile shapes- wonderful! My bathroom gets a new lease of life! And I give the soaps and bath bombs as gifts to share with others so they can appreciate it too. The orders always come quickly, the immediate customer service makes me feel special and anything I need to question is dealt with so fast. I recommend this company!”

“Tried to purchase le petit Marseileais pur savon liquice a l huile d olive in the uk PRICE WAS £32.50 250 ml went on line The natural soap company and found the said soap for £2.20 per 250ml well what a result i am well pleased + delivery with in 2 days.So the moral of the story i now know where to by the best soap i have ever used. “Very excited to receive my French kitchen soap so quickly. In addition to a beautifully penned personal thank you note, I received a delicious Madeleine cookie. The soap is wonderful with a pleasant orange scent and it lathers perfectly. Receiving the order was a European experience!”

“Lovely little wooden soap dish in shape of a fish - delighted 😃 The blue heart 💙 shaped soap was tiny but the smell is gorgeous. I bought 2 as I know my sister will love this for a birthday present. You could easily expand your range but reduce prices and definitely introduce minimum charge for free delivery. The pattered ceramic soap dishes are beautiful. Unfortunately I only noticed these after placing this order so I can’t justify ordering again due to high postage cost.”

Bonjour Gillian, Merci for you kind words :) We completely understand that delivery to the USA is expensive at the moment, but shipping prices have increased significantly in the last few years. Perhaps the USA government is trying to discourage imports? There is free shipping available to the USA when you order over 6kg which some people take advantage of by ordering with friends. You should know that we don't profit from shipping charges :) I hope this helps explain the shipping charges.
