Payment has been made for more than two weeks yet no updates from Ken despite several emails to him requesting for tracking number and shipment details. No sign of product and I don’t think it’s even shipped out yet. During pre-sales, his replies were prompt and once payment was made, radio silence. Is this a scam??

I assume from your comments that you haven't received my email correspondence explaining the situation with your order. I apologise for that. It is interesting that you would use the word scam, suggesting that we are in some way trying to cheat people when you asked me to alter the import invoices so as not to pay import taxes in Singapore. Isn't it ironic? Don't you think? I am very sorry you no longer have confidence in us, and I have refunded your payment. Ken

Occasionally we make mistakes, and things can go wrong, and when that happens, we gladly hold up our hands and accept the criticism that stems from that. We always try our very best to put things right. However, this isn't one of those times. Your order for a bottle of liquid soap arrived promptly and in good order. Your criticism was that we 'massacred the beautiful French language' by missing off an accent on a French word in the newsletter you received. An email exchange ensued where you proceeded to fly personal accusations including calling me a liar, at which point I asked you to refrain from emailing further. You are entirely entitled to leave this review, as I am to respond to it, but it is a shame you felt the need to, and we both know it is unjustified. Ken

I’ve sent a message to ask about my goods ,but have still not received an answer . Also i have not still received my package.
