“I came across Friendly Turtle when I was searching for a natural, plastic free vegan hairbrush. This and other items I have subsequently tried have been wonderful quality. Everything has been delivered promptly and smoothly with smart, eco-friendly and minimal packaging. When I made a mistake while placing an order, customer service were extremely helpful. Friendly Turtle are fast turning into my go to for ethical household and personal care products.”

“Days of the week Candle gift set - Knew the products were good as had had a personal recommendation. Made an error on my order and sent an email which was responded to with the correction accepted within 10 hours. It was a gift for a friend who was very pleased when the package arrived and said that she personally buys this product herself so was a win win win win. Would definitely recommend.”

“I like Friendly Turtle and their product. I have given five stars, as I feel they are trying to do as best as possible for their customers as well as for the environment. Their products seem very good, especially the cleaning refills and I am planning to keep purchasing these products, also will recommend it to my friends, but I would suggest less or different packaging on the cleaning products, as I found it hard to open the small boxes.”
