I’m happy with the sawmill and items I’ve purchased this year alone but shipping and delivery never happens like they say it will. When they say we can deliver to remote areas that’s not true I’m not in a remote area and still had to drive a mile and haul the sawmill home. Lack of clear tracking information on some orders so you have to call to get that information.

Must be decent mills. I don't own one, just bought their blades and it made me leave a review on their mills to leave a review of their blades...

I enjoy my OS27, as it allows me to do so many projects that I probably would have never attempted without it. It has paid for itself many times over in cost savings and personal satisfaction. If I ever needed to replace it for some unknown reason, I would get the same setup as I have now.

Purchase one and you will not be disappointed. They are a very good sawmill. You will have a lot of fun with it. You'll learn different things. And you'll stay up on your mouth

I haven’t unpacked my saw yet, due to other commitments. However, your company sent me an offer additional blades for my saw if I completed a survey. I completed and returned the the survey, but did not receive the blades.

Frontier Sawmills customer service experience was amazing, the saw also worked out well! When selecting a saw and arranging shipping, the overall experience was seemless and quick with responses. Bought during a promotional sale, and do not have any buyer remorse.

I bought an OS35 with 2 extensions and the mobility kit and the hydraulic kit. It was about $18k not including financing costs. The hydraulic kit is very new, so there are early product issues that all companies must correct. The people I spoke to are nice but you can tell that the management isn't really thinking this product out very well; the manuals and the lack of thought with the hydraulic kit and the trailer kit is very evident. Would I buy it again? Yes. What will I do for my next mill? I will build my own. I will get more experience using this one and I will build my own. You can't finance a homemade sawmill or any other type of machine, so I had to buy a factory made one that I could afford and it needed to be big.

The assembly and operating instructions are excellent. I'm very happy with the power and performance of my sawmill. I have milled at least a dozen large logs and made cuts from 5/8" to 2". The only negative is the sawdust discharge plugs frequently. Overall an excellent sawmill.

I bought an os18 with extention last year and it sat in my garage till this year before I started to assemble. I watched a couple of YouTube videos but really didn't need to. The instructions and the way they label the bags and boxes made it super easy to put together. All you need is a few basic hand tools and some time. I have about 12 total hours of assembly time but I'm no ball of fire lol and I did it totally by myself. The machine is built very sturdy and I have no doubt it will provide many years of service. I also need to say how friendly and helpful the staff are especially Stephanie who answered my question and also sent out a part that hadn't received with my order of the extension. Once she found out I had one in my hands in 3 days. That's great service after the sale. If you are on the fence about getting one go ahead, you won't be sorry.

Instructions are not the best but managed. One bunk is higher than the others. Other the that the mill was cutting good and had no problems with anything until the cold weather. Now not running and really disappointed.

The people at Frontier are probably hands down the most helpful service people you could ask for. The mills are ok. I don’t have anything to compare it to.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had! Been almost a year and they still will not send me the parts needed to get mill running! Do not buy one!

The saw in general runs and cuts great just wish they would put bigger clutch on it to start with and give specs on how tight to set the blade but once you figure that out it is a good cutting saw very pleased with it. Keith Kindberg

First let me say this. I am old and in poor health. I got the OS23 as a way to help me walk as I have difficulty walking. I sat it up by myself. We have cut a few trees on it mostly to start with were cherry. Now we cut whatever I can get. My son is building a barn. We cut 16 telephone poles into 12 foot long and 6 inches by 6 inches. Needless to say we have some good one inch bug proof lumber from them. Cuts everything we have to cut perfectly so far. Could only ask for cheaper blades and parts. But 16 foot maximum cut is going to be used shortly. Red oak, white oak, or hickory. It does a good job cutting. Just real slow on the dry hard wood. My mill when I get to fast cutting will try to jurk and vibrate so I slow down and my cuts are good.
