“We purchased an Optimum blender a couple of years ago and had a whole slew of problems with it. It took a while for the company to admit there were some issues, but after much communication, they not only gave us a free refund, but have sent us a new blender G2 model, which is absolutely great so far!!”

“Overall happy with Froothie they have honored their warranty i have had a new jug and i'm on my third optimum 9400 replacement , Due to brushes wearing out on the motor ..Jug replacement was down to poor quality bearings the second time they went i replaced them with high quality bearings i purchased myself.”
