I gave Frost Buddy the benefit of the doubt since it was close to Christmas when I placed my first order. Here we are, have the same issue the second time around. Needless to say, there won't be a third time. Do better!!”

“I love, love, love my tumbler. I truly keeps my iced coffee cold. I put my venti starbucks cold brew in there and left it in the car for at least an hour in the hot Florida sun. I came back out, the outside of the cup was a little warmish, but the drink was ice cold!!! I bought one as gift for a friend who drinks hot coffee, she loves it too!

“I'm very happy with the product itself, but it took a lot longer to arrive than was estimated during the shipping estimate. The customer service and the product itself was great, just a little disappointed in how long it took. Even though I understand from what customer service told me, there was a large influx in orders, it still shipped after the estimate, and I had purposely ordered 2-3 weeks in advance because it was an anniversary gift for my husband, and it arrived a few days after. Also.. all the marketing emails I received from Frost Buddy was a little excessive side. I couldn't unsubscribe because I was afraid in doing so, I would miss my shipping details. It was frustrating to be getting 2-3 emails/day from Frost Buddy about buying more products when every time I received a new email, I was hoping it was a notice that my order had finally shipped.”
