“Packaging for shipping was horrible. They just threw the 2 boxes in a bag and sent them out. By the time I got them, both cups were out of their boxes and just banging around in the shipping bag. They are huge and awkward to handle if you have small hands. The one I got is not a matte finish and very slippery to try and hold. They need handles. Poor design in my opinion.”

I had forgotten I had ordered the Dog Mother Buddy until I got an email & I then checked on the status of my order. It reported that the package had been delivered to USPS on 5/9 and was waiting for pickup. Today is 5/27 and it is still awaiting pickup in Effingham.”
