“I am satisfied with the product itself. So much so that I ordered one for my father's birthday. That's where the less-than-a-five review is rooted. I ordered his Frost Buddy on 11 April with the site saying it would be 5-7 days for delivery. Didn't happen. His birthday was the 21st and the Frost Buddy arrived late, 13 days after I ordered. When I got the shipping notice the day before his birthday, I contacted your company and got sincere apologies and no solution.”

“While I love all things Frost Buddy, I was disappointed with my last order. I ordered the yellow lid & straw which was available to order when I did so. I received the yellow lid & no straw. The lid was not packaged as usual & just sent to me. It felt as though someone was hoping I wouldn't say anything about missing the straw. I reached out & was told that I would need to pick a different color. I am fine with a new color, I just didn't love how everything transpired.”

“Very nice product. The color was true to the picture. It does a very good job of keeping drinks cold until the end. I’ve not tried anything with ice yet, so I can’t comment on how well it does there. It would be nice if it came with more specific instructions on how to fit certain drinks. It took a couple of minutes to realize that the rubber seal had to be pushed up to fit a longneck. I’m certain we will buy more.”
