“How did you make the a straw for the lid and then make the straw too big to stay on the lid, once you turn it over it falls right off at first I thought eh maybe just one straw it loose but I purchased 2 lids which came with 2 straws each and none of them will stay on and I've tried both ends of the straws”

I called and they found my order and said they would send it plus a free one for their mistake. Got the one I ordered 3 days later, but not the one for their mistake. It said it shipped with the other one, but I did not get it. I do not have a problem with not getting it, just do not appreciate saying you will send it, and you really did not going to send it.”

“Products are excellent and customer service very helpful. Minus one star for how long it takes for orders to be fulfilled and shipped. Packages arrive very beat up, which isnât Frost Buddyâs fault. Paying extra for Route is completely pointless when you can track your shipment through usps anyway. Would be helpful if they let customers know on their website if they are choosing a âpre-orderâ color that could take more than 2 months to arrive. I ordered one as a gift and had to change the color because I couldnât wait 2 months for it.”
