“Customer service was very quick to reply when I contacted them about my To-Go Buddy arriving with a broken lid. I was told, "Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen." Very disappointed that I couldn't get a replacement lid. I was offered a partial 25% refund ($9.99) which I accepted because my wife didn't want to risk returning the cup and getting another cup in the same condition weeks later. The partial refund is what raised my review to 3 stars. But I still paid about 30 dollars for a dual-purpose cup that can only be used one way now. The 25% off coupon code for my next purchase was a nice gesture but I will not be using it.”
“I have ordered buddy 2.0s, hot and cold cups , dog bowl, etc and I have yet to be disappointed. These products are made well and hold up. My latest one is the to go buddy and I drink out of this all the time! I like that when I’m traveling, if we happen to stop and I get a soft drink from a fast food place, I can drop the cup down inside with the soft collar that comes with it and my drink will stay cold for hours! I just love these products. Can’t wait to see what’s next for this company!”
“The universal xl is definitely big, bigger than I was expecting. I only got it to use for my Diet Coke 16.9 size that I drink multiple of everyday. The bottle fits, but it is loose and it will spin around when I am opening it for both the first time and also after the seal is cracked. I was really excited for this product and am a little disappointed, but I am hoping that there will be another product that holds these bottles snugly.”
