“I have a to go buddy that is apparently defective. I’ve read customer service is great and takes care of customers very quickly. I haven’t had the same experience. I’ve been trying for a week now to get ahold of customer service to get a replacement. I finally got an email late Monday night asking for pictures. I sent those in Tuesday at noon and still waiting on a reply. My to go buddy does not hold ice well at all and has started getting condensation on the outside. I will be happy to change my review if I ever get the customer service that everyone talks about being so good and I get a replacement that actually works.”
“This thing is the bomb! Left my glass with some ice still in my drink in my frost buddy and the next day there was still ice left! My husband put his drink in the refrigerator and all his ice melted. Now he wants his own buddy!”

“I am a Diet Pepsi addict and have been one for 30+ years. Every summer in N.Y. It gets hot and humid as hell here. Now, I love my DP but the one thing I hate is when it gets piss warm. Ugh 😣. I went to Long Island a few days ago and filled up my 16.9oz bottle, stuck it in my Frost Buddy 2.0 and away I went. It was 94 degrees outside that day there. After number of doctor appointments and sitting in the bright hot sun in the car, my DP was still cold!!! It was a miracle. Now this summer will be a much better one and I'm happy I don't have to give up my favorite drink in the summer anymore. I've since bought 2 more items and I'm working on deciding on my 4th. This does work like magic and it's worth every penny.”

I have a bru-mate and a yeti (different sizes) but my frost buddy is the perfect choice to take to parties not always knowing what you may start drinking. “Loved my Frost Buddy so much I bought another one for my buddy! I love the versatility and the fact that it fits just about any beverage container you can throw at it. I'm constantly running around doing things so it's nice to know that my drink will be just as cold as it was an hour or so early when I get back to it. “They just always find a way to really get more money from customer. First I order buddy XL because it fits everything. They advertise mostly about 24oz cans. But it doesn't even come with the lid for 24oz cans. That has to be purchased separate. Seeing that the main advertisement for the buddy xl is for the big cans. It could come with the lid. I'd prefer the 24oz lid instead of the useless cocktail shaker they include. Makes more sense to include all pieces needed to use The way they advertise. They I ordered the drink lid with straw. Which turns out doesn't work on buddy XL. And since they make you pay for return shipping. There's no point because shipping will cost as much as the lid itself. Only company I know that doesn't include all pieces they advertise and makes you pay for return shipping. I order things online daily and I've never had to pay my own return shipping. If you buy from them. Beware you have to buy required pieces separate and make sure you want what you order or you'll be loosing money to return it.”
