“Shipping was delayed a week beyond the date I was given at first. Customer service acted as if they didn’t care and wouldn’t provide a partial refund. So I ended up buying another Mother’s Day gift instead. When the to-go Buddy arrived it was packaged in a bubble mailer and the original box was destroyed. The product should have been mailed inside a shipping box for the price I paid for shipping. A bubble mailer is 2-3 dollars. Also Panera large drinks do fit in the to-go buddy. Very disappointed.”
“In my experience the customer service is fantastic. I’ve needed their help with both orders I’ve received so far and they have been great. I would suggest the description of products be more straightforward though. I’d also suggest more quality control to help prevent the need for customer service. I’ve ordered from your company 3 times now and needed customer service both times I’ve received the product. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience with Frost Buddy.”

I used it for drinking ice water from. Ice was gone after a few hours. The color is beautiful. I'll have to save up to go back and get the one I really wanted...for my store bought iced drinks.”
“Purchased for my wife for mothers day, she is a barista at Starbucks and brings home a drink everyday after work, it held the starbucks cup firmly but ice was melted in 2 hours..maybe 2.5 max which is very disappointing and the box arrived beat down and rough. For the price and all the social media hype I expected more.”

I bought 2 of the sports logo line, Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears, and will be buying a Bulls and Blackhawks one when NBA and NHL products are introduced. I would like to see the Nebraska Cornhuskers added to the college sports series Universal Frost Buddy line. Otherwise nothing but good things to say from my end on this awesome product.”
“AWFUL customer service!! I placed 1 order (bought 4 got 1 free) then realized 10 hours later I could've got a free coffee lid with each koozie so I placed the SAME order but got the free lids. I immediately emailed customer service (also left a voicemail but never heard back) to see if I could have my original order canceled. Few days later I received my 2nd order placed (with the free coffee lids) and I was missing a koozie. I still hadn't heard from customer service so assuming my 1st order was canceled? I quickly gave 3 of my 5 koozies ordered to a gal to personalize as this was Tuesday and I needed completed by Sunday (tried on frost buddy website for 4 days to customize and it wouldn't work. Kept spinning and wouldn't add to cart) contacted customer service AGAIN and they tell me my first order has now been shipped? Apparently they didn't read my original issue.... also informed me they wanted a pic of the box I received koozies in. This was 2 days later and it was already in the dumpster 🤷♀️ I'm a week out now from last hearing from the company haven't received ANY refunds nor a replacement for my missing koozie. NEVER AGAIN! it's a shame to because I really enjoy their koozies”
“The product itself is really good. The ordering process was flawed. I paid for expedited shipping 2-3 days. It took over 2 weeks to get the product. Why did i pay extra then? and if there was a delay why wasnt i returned my shipping money??”
“I was pleasantly impressed by the frost buddy’s quality when I put a semi frozen drink inside of it and drank maybe about half of it, a couple hours later took another sip and found it to be frozen still. Was like that too the very last drop. Will probably buy more with the lid attachment. Also just used it as an open container and it worked great.”
