“I loved my Frost Buddy on the go for ice coffee on the go. I also purchased a universal buddy for the smaller size. I love how cold my ice coffee stays in both of them all day long. I was so impressed that I purchase 3 other for my daughter and daught in-laws for Mother's day.”
“I ordered 5 sports buddy’s for my kids and myself, and we love them overall. I ordered 2 for myself and the second one I ordered I had a little issue with the lid. The part you suck out of wobbled from side to side to where it was like sucking almost straight air. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement lid. The replacement lid I received was better than the original but, not perfect like the 1st sports buddy I ordered. It’s wobbly as well but is functional. The sports buddy keeps our drinks cold for a while, and that’s nice. I love the paracord lanyard and the bumper on the bottom they come with so you don’t scratch it or dint the bottom. Over all I think it’s a decent product and I will purchase things from here in the future.”

“Ive in the last 6 weeks purchased 3 Fiost Buddy items 2 to go Buddies and 1 Universal buddy weekly special Jeep prescription, although I have 3 Unversals and a big buddy I’ve purchased over the last 8 months.
I’ve lived them all except for the issue with my 1st to go buddy glow in the dark not keeping anything cold more than a couple hours and the lid leaked periodically, thankfully I read on the VIP page that there was issues with some of the to go buddies so I felt a little better so your customer service was great and it was replaced although I appreciate that I just don’t like the paint America theme but you no longer carried the glow and the purple wasn’t in stock.”

The chat feature in the app does not work and when you call in the customer service person sounds like they are on a coffee can and string line. You can’t make out anything they. This place is comical at best. If you just order it and use it it’s fine. Who knows where this place actually is.”
