“I have been asked repeatedly to write reviews when my product was supposed to arrive over a month ago. It was supposed to be a birthday present that I had ordered well in advance. Don’t give your customer a date the order will be there if you can’t deliver on time. This company cannot get their ducks in a row to get the product to customers in a timely fashion and that is unacceptable. When I spoke with customer service they expected me to get in touch with the courier in a city 6 hours away from me without providing courier information to me. Absolutely ridiculous.”

“I bought this as a birthday present and did not arrive on time. My order stated it would ship in 5-8 days but was far from it. I contacted customer service and they stated the item I ordered had to be custom engraved (which was not mentioned when I was ordering). I ordered on May 27th and was not delivered until June 17th. Not sure how how it works as a coozie but very disappointed in the slow shipping and lack of transparency on the site and order confirmation on length of time. Was very disappointed on missing my relatives birthday.”
