“I might be a little addicted to Frost Buddy. A friend was raving on and on about one she received as a gift. I was curious, so I went on the website and bought 2 Universals that were on sale. Once I got them, I tried them out on a day that was "real feel" of 113⁰. I popped a can of Long Drink in mine and it stayed just as cold as when it came out of the fridge for the entire time I took to drink it.
I was very impressed by the Universal, so I bought a VIP Mystery Box. In my box was lots of good stuff, but the ToGo Cup ("TGC") stood out. I tried the TGC with a Starbucks Trenta Iced tea and noticed a few things. First, the cup fit perfectly. Second, there was no condensation mess. Third, the ice didn't melt. My Iced tea was not watered down by melting ice! I have since tried several different sized cups in the TGC and they all fit, small, medium, and large!
I now own a dozen or so FB products and I've given several away as gifts. I'm planning on getting customized Universals for my family to commemorate our Christmas gathering this year.”
“Saw this product on TikTok and decided to get it as a gift for an iced coffee lover. The day I gifted it, we went out and put it to the test. I was crazily surprised to see just how much ice they really put in the coffees you order! We left the drink in the to go buddy in the car at 4pm in Arizona (super hot out), the ice didn’t melt! The ice lasted over 24 hours!! Holy wow! I am seriously impressed and will definitely be ordering more as gifts and one for myself eventually!”
“I cannot rave enough about my Frost Buddy experience. I have had my Universal 2.0 Sunset and my husband has the Universal 2.0 real tree Max5 for a couple of years and we LOVE them. Perfect for poolside or taking on trips especially when I like to change up from various sized beverages regularly. But I ordered this time for a gift for a friend and the Frost Buddy team really outdid themselves. I wanted to customize the Universal 2.0 with photos of her dogs and husband so I put together a collage of photos and tried to use the customize feature on the website but there were technical difficulties on their end. I reached out to the team and they stayed in contact with me daily via text and email throughout the entire process. They had me send the images directly to them and their engraver was able to wrap the collage around a royal blue universal 2.0 to produce the most perfect gift for my friend. I am very thankful to this team and the personal touch they gave to me. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!! 10/10”
“On our order we ordered two cups a Black and a flag cup but one didn’t come with a lid. I sent an email out to you and was told that one would be sent as soon as you have received more. I have not yet got any emails stating the status of that lid. I hope I do receive it. Other than that I have had no problems. I hope this can be resolved.”
“This cup really does keep the ice cold throughout the day!! I work out of my car, and get an iced coffee in the morning (6am’ish). Around 2pm the ice is still solid in the cup.”
“If you don’t own a Frost Buddy, what are you really doing with your life? I currently own several and they are all amazing! Get yourself one (or two) and you’ll be so glad you did. Excellent product, phenomenal customer service and they also routinely run special deals for customers. You will love them!”
“Works well. Keeps drinks cold, but there are interchangeable parts to put in and out and you go to keep up with. Also the ratio you have for drinking from a can there is little lip room. And it does not fit in a cup holder all the way.”
“Customer service is absolutely awful. I have not received my purchase. Carrier claims they never received it from Frost Buddy, Frost Buddy says Carrier lost it. Every time I reach out to Customer Service they reply with my original tracking number that shows that USPS is still awaiting the package, and proceed to try and tell me it shipped. When I point out the problem to them again, they ghost me. It's theft at this point.”
