“I absolutely love Frost Buddy! But my complaint is that for as much as the products cost, they should be shipped in boxes and not bags, because the products and packaging get damaged in bags. Another other issue is that it doesn’t matter if you choose the cheapest shipping option or the most expensive option, shipping time is the same. One last thing, I wish they would stop using USPS to ship because they take way too long and always damage the goods and use FedEx or UPS instead (for the love of everything please don’t start using DHL!!!).”
“Not impressed with the packing that it arrived in the outside was fine but the condition of the inside of both to go buddies was awful and I just gave one to my daughter for Xmas and I'm afraid the seal is not right now , I told her to try it out and let me know, not happy for the money I paid on both of them”
“Good product and I love the print but the shipping time and customer service are awful. They also send you way too many emails afterwards trying to get you to do their marketing before you even get their product which was annoying.”
“Frost buddy products are always the best. But this is the third order I purchased as a gift for someone and it comes destroyed. When you spend $50 for a cup as a gift it would be nice to receive it in good condition”
“The products are great! Although, I'm not sure why grey was a color of choice with Atlanta Braves (most have been mistaking it for Alabama). However, it took 3 months for me to get my Braves buddy. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that they are custom made or could take that long. Anytime I received an update, it was because I had to email and ask. Just about every "update" I received was the same, what seemed like a copy and paste message about how they were custom made and the engraver was backed up. I was told 2 weeks at one point and it took 3 months. It wasn't until I requested my order to be canceled if it was going to be more than another week that I got an accurate update and tracking on my order.
This seemed me like it was possible that my order had gotten lost, being it took so long. I understand those things happen or even understand that things get behind with such a popular product but better communication would be great. At the end of it all I got was a "sorry for the inconvenience". Not that I expect to have wads of anything thrown at me but some kind of effort to make up for my wasted time and effort in hunting down the product I paid for would have been nice.”
“I will say three stars only because communication was poor when ordering, but the product itself is amazing. I wish I had known about these before owning a yeti. It fits anything and the styles are so cool and fun.”
“While I like the usefulness of frist buddy and have several of them from the previous couple years, the last time I ordered two Halloween ones in late September I didn't receive them until December and that was only after emailing multiple times in November that I still didn't even get tracking info yet. After all that one of the two was something I ordered but for some reason the other was some random Christmas one. If they went out of stock they should have said something or refunded the order. But also maybe they wouldn't have been out of stock if they hadn't taken 3 months to fill the order...”
“I never received one of my items I purchased. I was given two of the same to go buddy’s (berry berry Christmas). So as much as I’d love to leave a good review I can’t because I received the wrong item and emailed frost buddy 4 days ago about it and still haven’t gotten any response from anyone on the frost buddy team…. What a shame. I love frost buddy, but this was supposed to be a Christmas present and I don’t think I’ll be able to gift it now because it’s not the correct one.. very poor customer service for advertising 24/7 customer service…”
“Ordering was fine except I was offered a “deal” for 2 more at a reduced price via a pop up. Refusing the deal was confusing and I ended up saying I’d buy the deal. I was unable to remove the deal from my order. I feel I was “tricked” into buying 2 more than I wanted to.”
“The overall product is great. There seems to be a lack of quality control on the shipping/packaging area as I received 1 frostbuddy to go with a lid, and a 2nd one did not have one. Neither came with a straw, however I see you can buy a lid/straw replacement. Very disappointed”

“This might be my third review ever. I’ve loved all the frost buddy’s I received (4) except the latest Christmas Neon. The smell of the glue when I take a drink is absolutely disgusting. I bought mine 3 weeks ago and even after I’ve “aired” it out, it smells. It feels like the company is trying to get by selling the old stock with a different cover. So basically you are giving up a quality brand to save some dollars. I would rethink that.”
