“I want to like my Frost Buddy. If it would ever get delivered. Ordered on 9/9 and it was shipped with an incomplete address. Couldn’t be delivered. Returned to shipper. I spoke with customer service multiple times and was assured it would be resent. I understand things happen. It was resent and I got a notice it would be delivered today. However USPS sent me a text saying it’s undeliverable due to insufficient address. I called customer service again today and was told the address was correct and it would be delivered today. I still don’t have it. I’m very frustrated because I needed it for something special, I still don’t have it, and, it’s unclear to me what the problem is. Giving three stars because I really can’t evaluate yet.”
“Have to really watch your order. I got 4 add-on frost Buddy universals that I didn't know I had ordered. Didn't intend to. I do however, love the to -go cup and my Miley loves her water bowl. Great product but poor marketing. Left a bad taste in my mouth”
“Such a great idea! Everyone always asks me what it is, I swear I’ve probably sent 10 people to the website. I have been putting a venti Starbucks cup in it, but I will say, the top of the Starbucks cup comes off quite easily. I will usually take the cup out of the Frostbuddy a few times to shake it up and have noticed that the lid comes free. Luckily, I haven’t had any spills.”
“The Frost Buddy is a good product as you can put different cans and bottles in it. As for standard 12 oz cans the Yeti I have keeps the cans colder. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars the customer support was very bad! They had sent the wrong Frost buddy on one of my orders. I called and left numerous voicemails and also numerous emails with no reply back after about a week or so someone finally answered when I called she said someone will get back to me on it after a few days I received an email to send a picture of the incorrect item then told me that I needed to return it before they would send out the correct one. Received wrong one on Sept 5th it is now Sept 21 and no replacement yet. Customer response needs very much improvement!!”
“The cup is absolutely adorable. Sadly ice hasn’t last long less than 2 hours. Not sure why that is considering all the reviews I’ve read we’re about how long the ice lasted with them”
“My frost buddy did a great job at keeping my smaller drink cold, however my 32 oz drink didn’t fit and it said online that it fits large McDonald’s cups.”
“I loved my first order so much I ordered another round. This round had great prints and shipped fast, but I have to say that the quality isn't the same. All three of the mouth pieces are rough in the inner part. I still use it but am careful about scratching my lips. This isn't something that can be seen in a picture but feel.
I do love the fact that the bottles come with a boot and handle. I do get compliments on mine.”

Drink is not secure without frost buddy top and the top doesn't fit with a tall drink.

“I’d love to report that I love my new frost buddy but, it came with no insert and therefore the usage is limited. I tried it once and it was a poor fit for my drink. It’s sat on the shelf for the last couple weeks. I received notice that the insert is coming, but not here yet.”
