“Sad that customer service incorrectly informed me that the To Go Buddy I planned to order would come with a lid as I called to verify before purchasing the color I chose. I explicitly informed them I wanted to be sure to order a To Go Buddy that came with a lid. After being told the purple gradient would come with a lid, I ordered it the same day. I was extremely disappointed when my to go buddy arrived without the matching lid as I had been assured it would have.”
“I am sad to report that my Frost Buddy cup does not keep ice water all day or all night. I can go to bed with it full of ice water and wake up with no ice. Wish I could get my money back. 🫤. It’s really pretty though! And I love the cord strap!”
“I hear lots of people say their Frost Buddy holds ice most of the day. I have not seen that. I have bought 3 of the togo Buddy that hold drinks you buy but within 4 hours the ice has melted. It’s great to keep it from sweating and your car cup holders dry. Very disappointing for the $$
I have also bought the universal buddy XL that holds my Diet Coke. That one I will give a 8 out of 10. My drinks stays cooler for a lot longer.
I also have the universal that holds can or your coffee. Tried the coffee part and it was cool within the first hour. Same as a yeti. Tried it at the pool with my canned beverage and after about 25 minutes it started to get warm. My friend had the yeti one and that held the temperature.
Maybe look at quality control on who you have making the products. You have a great product just seems to be very inconsistent for the price.”

“I LOVE my FrostBuddy TO-GO cups! I use 2 of them everyday.
I ordered 4 as Thank you gifts and was very disappointed when I received them. 3 of them did NOT include the tumbler lid!
To say I was surprised is to put it mildly. I checked your FAQ’s and it said that ALL TO-GO cups included the tumbler lid. I then looked at the description and in tiny buried print it says unless the tumbler lid is pictures it will not come with one.
THIS is a huge problem for me. Your site contains 2 very opposite statements.
For the amount of money that I am spending the least you can do is have consistent information on your website.
I had to quickly order replacement gifts- did not have the time to mail and hope to receive the replacement in a short amount of time.
I now have 3 cups that I need tumbler lids for.”

“I’ve ordered a few sports buddies and several to go buddies. I like the to go buddies if I’m using it with another cup inside but I’m disappointed in how long ice last in the to go and sport buddy. It’s hard to beat Yeti’s and Takeya’s. I expected more from frost buddy for the price.”
“They work really well keeping drinks cold but a 12 oz coors light can don't fit in them correctly, I had to remove the liner and put an empty chew can in the bottom to hold can tight. The coors pint size twist top cans also don't fit correctly so I put the tin lid to my chewing tobacco can in bottom and that holds them tight.”
“First of all, when I FINALLY received both of the customized Universal Buddy's, they were GREAT. The BIGGEST problem I had with the whole situation was the fact that it took WAY TOO LONG to receive them. Because of the delay, I was unable to give these to my friends in time for their Anniversary. Just to be aware, I ordered two Universal Buddys (that had to be customized) on June 19th. I did not receive the final product until July 29th. 40+ days to receive the product is unacceptable. I would have given this review 1 Star if I was only asked how the process was. But given that the product (Universal Buddy) is fantastic, I decided to split the difference. My suggestion, please work on correcting your fullfillment process, because as of right now, it is not very good.”
“Disappointed that I paid extra money to pay the duties, then the items get delivered to my friend for his birthday only to find out he got charged an extra $30 per delivery from UPS, so a total of $60 extra. Nothing on the website stated that there was extra charged and i paid the extra to avoid the situation. Emailed customer service and got no response. Will not be ordering again.”
“First off the product is good. However, I ordered my coozie and it took about a month to receive when it was expected between 5-8 days. I wanted this for vacation but it didn’t arrive on time. Instead of a discount or expedited shipping due to delays on there end, I got an email basically saying “I’m sorry, we’ll have it shipped when ready.”
They could have at least offered to shave 10-15% off since it took so long or at least attempted to ship overnight when ready.
Not very happy with the customer service.”
“Purchased the To Go Buddy in the wood grain designed but the flap was broke and I couldn’t order a replacement lid and it never kept ice frozen long enough. Forced to purchase a whole new To Go Buddy which for the moment seems to be working.”
