“Pet frost Buddy universal photo is very faint not very visible more of an etching not a bold white color like in the photographs…. I wouldn’t recommend…. The sports teams are much brighter and I do enjoy that one …. Don’t waste your money on the pet universal frost buddy”
“Your customer service on my delivery was very poor you guys are advertising everywhere about these things and stuffs getting delayed and you were backed up on orders why advertise stuff you don't have available in stock I got 1 of my cups then after a week then another week later I got the other 2. 127 dollars almost 3 weeks waiting for what because all in all it wasn't worth it to me I hate to sound rude but all I ever got from customer service here was delays and excuses. The tracking is very poor no one wants to download an app for there tracking and ups already has very poor tracking as well so it just felt my order was handled very lazily the whole time you send automated emails constantly then take forever to respond I'm sorry for the poor review I was really excited for these when I came across them and was recommending them before I even got mine now I don't think I would recommend you guys endless some ones okay with waiting 2 and a half weeks”
“I think its a good product. Good not great. You went out of your way to cover almost every beverage except probably the most popular out tgeir which is the 8.4oz redbull cans. Plus if I'm being completely honest it doesn't come close to keeping my beverages as cold as my brumate does. For the most part it's a decent product.”

“The marketing for this cup gives the appearance I can put the lid/straw on top of my drink…which is false. I was left disappointed. Also, the rubber straw cover fell off almost immediately, also disappointing.
However; if I do pour the drink into the cup it does keep it cool. I will keep it, however I don’t see much difference between this cup and so many others I have purchased.”

“I ordered a frost buddy because a friend of mine owns several different designs and I really liked them. So let me just touch on the pros: the design of the bottle itself is good ir definitely keeps your drinks cool or room temperature even if you’re outside in the heat. I wouldn’t say it keeps it cool for very long but I don’t really ever put ice in it so maybe I can’t attest to that. I love the design of the lid and the lanyard around the lid. I also like the fact that it has a clip to clip it to your bag. I have taken this bottle hiking several times and it doesn’t weigh down your shoulders/back when it’s attached which is nice. Now cons: the version of the lid/lanyard I got from frost buddy seemed like a cheap knock off I could have ordered on Amazon. For starters their pictures are misleading; they show a lanyard with a compass, my friends bottles all came with a compass. The one I ordered did not have a compass. When I contacted the company to complain they said that they no longer have the compasses. So why is it on your website then? Also, my friends lid have the logo etched on to it. The version I got was a cheap stamp that’s already almost completely rubbed off at this point. Soon you won’t be able to tell where I got it from at all which is poor marketing on their part. Lastly, I will say their customer service is very response and they were quick to send me a replacement for the lid & lanyard. The issue is, that the same thing will happen again. I do appreciated their customer service, and regardless I don’t hate the bottle. I’ll definitely still use it, but I would never pay over $30 for another one again. I’ll just go on Amazon!”
“They are nice looking. They came in a squished mailer bag out of their boxes rolling loose inside the bag. The boxes in the bag were squished. We tried to use one yesterday and the straw is too big. It won’t stay on the stem inside the cap. So I’m going to have to look for replacement stems that hopefully fit. I’m not sure I would order again due to this. You would think the straw would stay on the stem of the cup since it’s new.”
“There was not much communication after my purchase once the order was complete. The was apparently a delay I was jot aware of until I reached out to frost buddy. Then I received a offer because of the delay to either get 50% of my order refunded or a free frost buddy. I chose the frost buddy. I have yet to receive any confirmation or info on this choice. I did however get my original order and am very pleased with it.”
