“My order took longer than expected and I was sent email saying they were behind. I was offered a free Frost Buddy because of the delay which was great but I never received it.”
“Doesn't fit "ALL" cans as advertised... only fits American cans, went to a local beer shop and got several different beer to try from other countries none of them fit.”
“Would be a 5 out of 5 if the customer service would have at-least responded to my email and sent out the packaging in time. Bought a largish order with 4-5 day shipping. Well, here we are on day 6 and the package hasn't even left the original location/origin/factory. I placed this order knowing that one of the included universal buddies was intended as a gift for a close relatives birthday that was in 7 days, expecting for it be be here on time. It’s apparent now that it will not make it.

“Doesn't seem to keep ice in a drink as long as people were claiming. Have been using my set up as a tumbler and while it will keep ice for a few hours it's not the half a day/full day that was advertised as being able to do.”

Was a little let down with the mystery box, as it didn't quite make the estimated value and was full of items that for the most part were on sale on the site and colors that have been out for a while. Was hooping for a better assortment of items and colors since this was the $400 VIP box.”

“The only way I can get the rubber lid to go completely down on the cup is to run warm water over it to stretch the rubber to secure it to fit my 16 oz Propel water bottle. Then the warm lid gets the water warm. I guess I can put it in the fridge to get it cold again. But if your not near a fridge or in a hurry you can't do that”
