I have to say that I’m a little disappointed in the frost buddy. All that I read was how it keeps your drink very cold and the ice stays. I have found that not to be entirely true. While it does keep the drinks on the cooler side, it doesn’t keep the ice from melting. Another thing is the size. It is very large and a little difficult to hold. It is a pretty cup, but I don’t think I would purchase another.

Ordered the white Frost Buddy. Received confirmation of the order. Then waiting two weeks. Nothing. Emailed Frost Buddy. Customer service quickly responded telling me that color was sold out. What would have happened if I didn’t reach out??? Had to choose a different color. It’s fine. Packaged arrived damaged. But product was fine. I should have read the description better. Frost Buddy doesn’t really fit all that many cups. Not the Venti Starbucks Cup, nor Large McDonalds Cup, nor the Large Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf cup. Not really worth $50. Sorry. I wish I loved it. But I just like it.

I have 2 things from frost buddy, one I love and one I found too many flaws. They keep the drinks cold which is great, but some of the items aren't as promising as they propose.

This was a gift but it looked like it was old and used. The boxes were ripped and smashed. I was very unhappy and ended up not giving my bosses the mugs. Presentation is everything and this was absolutely unacceptable gift

I was excited to try this product. The versatility was the draw. Unfortunately, the insulation properties of the Frostbuddy do not live up to the hype. Compared to the Bruemate, it does not keep beverages cold as long as the Bruemate. This is a big negative and why I only give it 3 out of 5 stars. Need improvement in the insulation properties area to compete.

Shipping was delayed a week beyond the date I was given at first. Customer service acted as if they didn’t care and wouldn’t provide a partial refund. So I ended up buying another Mother’s Day gift instead. When the to-go Buddy arrived it was packaged in a bubble mailer and the original box was destroyed. The product should have been mailed inside a shipping box for the price I paid for shipping. A bubble mailer is 2-3 dollars. Also Panera large drinks do fit in the to-go buddy. Very disappointed.

I am a frequent online shopper and somehow I purchased the wrong item from what i wanted. Item being advertised was not what I clicked on I guess. It's a great item for cans and bottles. I used it for drinking ice water from. Ice was gone after a few hours. The color is beautiful. I'll have to save up to go back and get the one I really wanted...for my store bought iced drinks.

The product itself is really good. The ordering process was flawed. I paid for expedited shipping 2-3 days. It took over 2 weeks to get the product. Why did i pay extra then? and if there was a delay why wasnt i returned my shipping money??

First off let me say I like my To-Go frosty buddy. But I was a bit disappointed when I opened my package to find out it looks like a cup I already have, shape and size and the rubber piece fits on the cup I already own. So I guess my question is how is your cup different? Besides the colors you offer, which are cool by the way, or how it's insulated? I guess what I was expecting was something a little more unique.

Customer service was very quick to reply when I contacted them about my To-Go Buddy arriving with a broken lid. I was told, "Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen." Very disappointed that I couldn't get a replacement lid. I was offered a partial 25% refund ($9.99) which I accepted because my wife didn't want to risk returning the cup and getting another cup in the same condition weeks later. The partial refund is what raised my review to 3 stars. But I still paid about 30 dollars for a dual-purpose cup that can only be used one way now. The 25% off coupon code for my next purchase was a nice gesture but I will not be using it.

I am satisfied with the product itself. So much so that I ordered one for my father's birthday. That's where the less-than-a-five review is rooted. I ordered his Frost Buddy on 11 April with the site saying it would be 5-7 days for delivery. Didn't happen. His birthday was the 21st and the Frost Buddy arrived late, 13 days after I ordered. When I got the shipping notice the day before his birthday, I contacted your company and got sincere apologies and no solution.

I like my frost buddy, but customer service is horrible. I was sent the wrong items and I tried to exchange them but I couldn't get a response so I had to repurchase what I needed and had to eat the cost.
