“Love the product....it deserves a 5 star rating. The company falls short in customer service. Products are only warrented for 30 day's and this includes defects in workmanship. Bought a frost buddy. Then down the road they came out wit a lid and straw top. Bought that too. But every time the knew lid is on it leaks. I've tried other fb lids and they leak as well. Wrote to customer service and they don't want to own the proble and replace the unit for one that won't leak when drinking from it because it's more then 30days since purchase. Not a good way to service your customers Frost Buddy's and Brock....cause you just "FROSTED" this customer!!! The quality of this product should be for lifetime on workmanship to perform as stated. I have invested in three frost buddies, one XL shaker version and many add on accessories for them....this should not be the review I'm giving or what I should have to tell others that's my experience with Frost Buddy.”
“I bought these for my grandson, with the hopes of the "no spill/drip" feature being true. They spill like every other cup out there. I'm sure it's a great cup for keeping drinks the correct temperature; but it's not for use by kids.”
“Well, I ordered 2 cups, plus the metal straws and lids. 2.5 weeks later I have received 1 lid and straw, and nothing else. You want to improve your customer service? Do something about your supply chain.”
“I love it but its a struggle to fit some drinks, specifically Coors Light 12oz cans. You have to fight the lid to fit. So far it fits my slim cans perfectly an keeps them cold for hours!”
“Love that it keeps my coffee cold but was disappointed with the color I thought it would be more iridescent blue like in the photo, you can hardly tell it iridescent/glittery.”
“The cup doesn’t properly fit the large Dutch Brothers cup as it states on their website. It won’t go all the way in. It did keep it colder longer than without it. I haven’t tried other brands yet to see if it fits them better.”
