“I’m honestly a little sad about mine. The quality is great but I put my soda can in it and after 2 hours it’s barely as cold as I expect it to be. Disappointed.”
“I don’t understand the cups that I purchased,
The Universal Frost Buddy XL, when pictured at purchase the inside of the cup looked like it has steps inside of it to accommodate a bunch of different cans and bottles and the 2 I received are just flat from top to the bottom of the inside of the cups???
I have attached a couple pictures of my UFBXL cups and I hope to get some insight into this problem so we can use our mugs we purchased!!!
Thank You in Advance
David Ellis”
“I'm neutral about my Frost Buddy as I have not been able to use it yet. I am in complete understanding of the supply chain issue with the inserts, however notification upon purchase would have been great. I was so excited when my package was delivered to find out it is almost unusable for myself. When I called the lady was very nice and said that the inserts were on backorder.”
“My xl buddy did not come with insert as it was supposed too. N my large to go cup-purple came with no lid to convert to cup like my mint green one. Pretty disappointed. Love my original frost buddy though.”
“I really liked my universal buddy and when I mentioned it would be nice to have one that held everything it did as well as a 24oz can, I was told to check out the XL. Well I was finally able to purchase 3 of them and when they arrived were missing the insert. I then inquired about the lid not fitting a 24oz can to which I was told it was a separate lid to buy. I believe if you are going to show this item can hold from 12oz to 24oz cans, it should do so out of the box. This is just a big buddy with an insert so not only do I have to purchase a separate lid, but I now have to carry around both lids to switch back and forth along with the insert when the XL should have already been tall enough to accommodate a 24oz can without having to switch lids. Make a true XL and I’ll purchase again. This one just missed the mark.”
“The To Go Buddy does keep liquids cold, even overnight. However, in my first week of using my To Go Buddy, the ice was melted each morning. That is, the hype that I've been reading isn't true. Also, when I ordered a lid for my To Go Buddy, I wrote Frost Buddy to ask whether the straw pictured online was included. They said that it wasn't. I told them that they should add a Description online to say that the pictured straw wasn't included, because it was misleading. Imagine my surprise yesterday, when the lid showed up with the straw. I'm only 300 miles from Bloomingdale's, but it took forever for the To Go Buddy to get here after it was shipped. The lid arrived super fast, though.”
“On our order we ordered two cups a Black and a flag cup but one didn’t come with a lid. I sent an email out to you and was told that one would be sent as soon as you have received more. I have not yet got any emails stating the status of that lid. I hope I do receive it. Other than that I have had no problems. I hope this can be resolved.”
“A little disappointed, it does keep drinks cool but unlike the rest of the frost buddys mine does not come with a lid and it is not available in the store. So I feel as though I could have bought another cup and added the plastic piece to hold other cups. A little pricey for what I got.”
“I was disappointed that the site advertised a free compass and whistle on the paracord. However, when I contacted them about it I was told that was old designs. Well, why would the marketing department not update the photos, to not falsely advertise? I didn't get any further response when I asked them to forward it to marketing. Poor customer service. However, the bottle itself is decent.”
“The description made me think that the sippin buddy came with a straw which is not the case. My grandson loves straws and that is why I purchased the sippin buddy for him. Now I can not even get him the straw. I'm very disappointed. The cup however was very cute.”
