“They lied to me, so don't trust a word they say since they are not telling the truth. They're fraudsters. After complaining to S I M O N C H . C O M, I received my money back. contact S I M O N C H. C O M if you believe you have been duped and would like a refund.”

“I called over a week ago as there was a part of the product that i couldn't figure out how to work. I was told they would pass it onto customer services for someone to look into and get back to me but no-one has called me back. I am at present with a non fully functional kids kitchen.”

“Avoid at all costs if you want good customer service and people who care less whether you get your item or not. Our dolls house was delivered “in my street” by Yodel, firstly I was to check “near no.3” as driver registered there, then narrowed down to either no. 47 or no. 51. While the delivery problems were due to Yodel, Fun Time Toy Company provided a very unfun experience with their lack of care over what had happened and that for 5 days we were searching our street for a dolls house.”

“Sadly this company needs to greatly improve their customer service. If you have a problem with delivery the customer service is appalling. Do not return calls, do not believe your delivery has not arrived and do not carry out investigation unless you do the work for them. Would never use again.”

“First delivery attempt was late. Second delivery attempt did not happen. I found out later after having to call myself to the company that it was damaged and therefore returning to the depot. A third delivery was arrange for next day but that didn't turn up either. It finally arrived the following day buy by this point I had cancelled the order because this was planned for a birthday present and it arrived far too late. Throughout all of this, no one communicated anything and I had to phone in for all updates and information. Overall, the service was appalling.”
