“My item arrived in a box that had been ripped and bashed. My item was sticking out the box. Contacted customer services who were really unhelpful. On building our order there are indeed pieces missing, obviously dropped out the huge holes in the box. I would not buy from this company again”

“9th November 2018. I ordered a present for my grandson. I'm still waiting on it. I don't know where it is yet. It would appear to be between Fun Time Toy Company and the delivery outfit Yodel. Fun Time say they passed it to Yodel on 2nd November. Yodel online checking say they are awaiting it. Fun time are now verifying where it is.”
