“Searching for a pet insurance provider can be overwhelming. There are many providers offering various options, deductibles, ceiling of coverage amount, etc. The online quotation system was very easy to navigate and the customer care over the phone was phenomenal. Catherine answered all of my questions concisely and professionally. This really confirmed my decision to proceed with Furkin to take care of my precious Belle!”

“If your having doubts about getting Furkin pet insurance just read the Policy Document Online and compare. I highly recommend Furkin and have premium plans for both of my new fur babies. (Tango & Cash) My monthly payments are 15% less and my deductible is 50% less than other companies. I chose Furkin because while they do cover exam fees, they do not cover routine wellness/annual exams when your pet is healthy. For all other eligible accidents, illnesses, and emergencies that require a vet visit, your exam fee is included in coverage whereas this is not always the case with other pet insurance companies, and have pre-approval forms for expensive procedures you may be able to pay up-front. just snap a pic of the pre-approval form, email it to them, and wait 48 hours for approval so you only pay 20% out of pocket when approved. https://www.furkin.com/hubfs/Furkin-Documents/FUR-CA-Policy-Document-Online.pdf?hsLang=en-ca#page=12”

“I had done a lot of research and I decided to phone Furkin with a few questions. I spoke with Janet, she answered all my questions and was very pleasant and caring. I am extremely grateful and relieved that I have my cat protected if any unexpected illness or accidents happen.”

“Super easy to set up, I got through to customer service right away and they were very nice. The only thing I would say is I wasn’t aware of the waiting period, 2 days for accidents, 14 for illness. I wish this was more clear on the website.”

With Furkin, the 2-week waiting period is for illnesses, while accidents have a waiting period of just 48 hours. “it was fine, but i wasnt a fan about how you don't receive all the legal paperwork until you've already signed on and are in a contract. i feel like that should need to be read before you agree to sign up”
