“Wellness package not offered and representative Was not helpful and understanding. She could not tell me when I would be reimbursed for my premium. I think her name was Jackie or Catherine not sure , but I sure you can check on your system.”

Hi Olimpia, we focus a great deal on customer service and really appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. I have spoken with our Care Team Member that assisted you over the phone the other day to get more information. Since you cancelled your policy within the first 30 days, you will receive a 100% refund on your premium. These refunds go out promptly, but our Care Team was not able to give you an exact date as you requested because it could vary by a day or two depending on the credit card company or bank. I'm sorry this was an inconvenience to you. I did want to let you know that our team is indeed working on a Wellness Add On Package that will be available in the future. Wishing you and your furry family the best!

“I applied for pet insurance on Monday cause my fur baby was ill, went to a vet Tuesday and she was diagnosed with parvo, and the insurance doesn't cover anything, I would never refer anyone to apply with them if u have an unvaccinated dog”

I understand your frustration and tried reaching you by email yesterday. After speaking with our Care Team to better understand your situation, it appears that the expenses were related to a condition that was pre-existing and present prior to enrolling. Pet insurance is designed to help protect pet parents from future unexpected accidents and illnesses, so unfortunately no pet insurance provider would provide coverage for pre-existing conditions. We try to do our best to educate pet parents on coverage details such as pre-existing conditions and waiting periods before they enroll, but it appears we missed the mark for you. While we would hate to see you go, we do have a 30-day risk-free guarantee should you wish to cancel and you will get a 100% refund. If there is any other information or support I can provide, please respond to the email I sent yesterday and I would be happy to help further by email or phone call.
