“I wasn't really impressed that the policy has waiting periods. My puppy is only 9 weeks old. 'Before your pet is eligible for their first claim, they must meet the waiting period from the policy start date for accidents (48 hours), illnesses (14 days), and cruciate ligament conditions (180 days).' Other that that it's the first time a have pet insurance so not sure how it will go if I need to use it...”

“I just newly insured my dog with Furkin. I don't have any claim (hopefully never) experience yet. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly.”

“I have not yet used it so I cannot comment. I'm sure I will have a positive experience when I do. I did choose Furkin Pet insurance because it is reasonable payments for my little dog. Thank you.”

“I haven't used you guys yet but the amount of emails you sent me trying to get me to enroll really made me not want to go with you. The first one was fine but then you kept going on and on. Now you keep sending me feedback emails. Lay off, please.”

“No direct payments to the vet. The client has to submit their claim directly to the insurance company and wait an average 14 days for reimbursement. This frustrating, as my last insurance company, Trupanion dealt directly with my veterinarian and the wait times were minutes . Very disappointed”

“Seems like a decent policy, but the follow up info on how to submit a claim, and what's covered based on your selection is non existant. That could be much better, like a how to guide. Otherwise i have limited feedback because i habent had to use the policy yet.”

“it was fine, but i wasnt a fan about how you don't receive all the legal paperwork until you've already signed on and are in a contract. i feel like that should need to be read before you agree to sign up”
