“Great experience so far, new policy holder with a new puppy. I Spoke with Janet on the phone and then through chat days later as well as Summer on chat. I haven't had to use the insurance yet thankfully, but the service has been near instant with lots of great answers and proactive considerations offered. Feeling well supported.”
