There was a fair bit of delay with communications but I placed my order over the festive period so I guess it's expected. Half of my delivery also went missing so it was delayed even further by a number of days but I eventually received all the bits. Furna addressed all these issues so I was satisfied with the service in the end. The desk itself is very high quality and well put together. It's very strong and sturdy compared to other standing desks. I thought it would be a bit of a pain to put together but it was actually very easy. It helps to have another person to help you though. Overall I'm very happy with the product.

Good build quality, the only issue is that package arrives without assembly instructions, you are then sent a link to a different desks, which could be confusing for some.

Very fast delivery - I ordered E2 Standing Desk on Sunday, and it arrived on Tuesday. Docking one star because the table top had some minor cosmetic damage on one side, and the black plastic covering the top of one of the legs (protecting the motor I presume) was also slightly damaged on the corner. The packaging itself was fine, so it seems like this must have been done before everything was packaged. Table works great though and the cosmetic damage isn't really visible once assembled so I'm happy.

Initially the wrong size desk top was dispatched but Furna were very efficient at replacing it quickly.

The desk is great and at a brilliant price. The motor is slightly louder than some of the others I have heard, but it's fine as I only use it in my home office.

Great standing table but poor assembly instructions and had to use gaffer tape to stick motor to underside of the table - got their in the end. Table looks great and i’m enjoying the versatility when working.

The support team were very helpful when I had an issue setting up the desk. Initially the desk would not rise, and the support folks helped me recalibrate it, which resolved the issue. I would give an extra star if Furna were contactable by phone. Having said that, they did respond to my email within half a working day.

Furna E2 frame is the best build quality I've come across relative to its price. Very sturdy desk frame and the motors are smooth and quiet when operating it. The desk tops are very expensive relative to their quality in my opinion, you can buy a solid wood top from Ikea for cheaper. The build process for the E2 is very time consuming and frustrating, requiring you to flip the very heavy frame twice. This means it is very hard to build without the help of another person. The finished desk though is very good.

Hi Stuart, Thanks for leaving a review and I'm glad you're happy with the E2 frame. It is true that occasionally Ikea run very good deals on solid wood in light colour wood like Beech though delivery is often not available or does add quite a lot to their price, while not having cable management holes. Many of the other options are paper honeycomb filled rather than solid. Delivery on bulky items like these is expensive and becoming more so, though we work as hard as we can to make sure the overall package is good value with UK-wide reach. Prompt delivery, the item works and I kept it but the feet of the desk are not true to the image on the website and I did not want a table top with curved edges. I think the images should be updated asap because it really makes a difference when you spend this much money on a desk to know exactly what you are getting.

Desk is OK. I bought a previous incarnation of the current, non-electric desk. I suspect they've improved the design somewhat since as this version is no longer available. The instructions which came with the desk weren't brilliant, but again, I suspect they've improved this aspect to as they were very keen on hearing feedback. All in all, when I originally purchased in early 2017... it felt like a company/product which was finding its feet. That said, they're the only ones doing a great product idea at an affordable price.

Contact support seems to be non-existent. I've sent multiple messages & used their contact form twice. I have not received a single reply yet. Contrary to what they state on their website: 'We guarantee a reply to any email or live chat quickly during business hours!' That clearly is not the case. I'm trying to get in touch regarding a product I bought 3 years ago, as part of the frame has developed a fault with it.

Hi Marcus, We apologise for the delayed response to your email from last week, and for the issue you're having with the frame. This matter had been taken up with the factory to see if we can get a replacement for you, though as it was discontinued 2 years ago this may take time. You should have received a reply in any case to confirm this was being looked in to, so we're sorry for that mishap. The warranty on the Airlift was 1-2 years, as our 5 year warranty came in to effect on our later products starting 2018. However, we will do what we can to make this right for you, and will reply privately with what we can offer.

Such great products but let down by terrible customer service. I had the same trouble when I purchased the desks, so i know its not a one off. I tried to use the help desk but never got a reply or email and they don't list a telephone number to call. The product is great but don't be expecting any support.

I have bought the E-Top Electric Sit Stand converter which malfunctioned less than 2 weeks after purchase. I have sent 2 emails and tried to call the company at least 5 times over the past 10 days but there seems to be no one available. Wish there was a zero star rating - appalling quality and customer service.

After sales service is very poor. 2 months since buying the desk and repeated requests and queries have still not been answered. I had a quite basic query about the desk. It leaves me with the impression that they don't know enough about their products.

Wanted a nice new desk and decided to go for a sit stand. Furna looked liked a good option, appeared to have good reviews and answered my questions online very quickly. The website claims fast delivery, at the time of inquiry I was warned there was a stock issue and it'd take a week before it would arrive. No problem, happy to wait a week and it coincided with me being on leave. Didn't get anything from them about delivery so I contacted them and found out it would be another week. The didn't think to keep me informed about this delay, not ideal but OK, it is around Christmas. Waited another week and it finally arrived...very badly damaged! Contacted Furna, "very sorry, we can swap it or you can keep it for a £50 refund". I chose to swap, I wanted a nice new desk, not a broken one. Today should've been the day a replacement top arrived and the broken top was collected. Instead today is the day the broken top wasn't collected, and a replacement desk top in a smaller size arrived. It's hard to get hold of staff, when you do get an answer they don't actually get the problem resolved. It might look like a good idea but stay away from Furna.

Hi Mark, Apologies again for the problems around delivery damage and replacement inaccuracy. Leading into Christmas/New Year we had multiple issues with the warehousing and logistics providers for Furna and our communication certainly should've been better during that time. I'm glad to note the issue was resolved in the end and hope that you're happy with the quality of our product after some use.

Really disappointed. Ordered a 1m wide electric desk, which are really hard to find so initially pleased. Delivery was late and then TNT said they never received the parcel at all from Furna's end. Followed up multiple times (many unanswered, such as live chat) and eventually assured a replacement would be with me by the Friday. Come Friday not notification email and at so I email yet again. My reply is a cancellation and refund email as they tell me the product is out of stock following Black Friday and not likely to be in stock until next February! Real waste of time, which is a shame as the product itself looks good.
