“I had no notification about delivery date or time. Luckily I was in when it arrived, but when we went to assemble it, there was damage to the shelves, such that they had been dropped - splits in the wood. We were considering whether to live with it, until realising that the base unit that came in two halves had two right hand halves, instead of a left & right, so was unusable. Also a door magnet was missing.”

“Beware, this company will not refund your postage costs if you have to return damaged furniture. They also operate on Ebay.”

“My item I bought was a Zen tv unit that arrived in a honey colour and with a structural crack on the right hand support side. Didn't see this till the guy left and paying each way and the time for another is inconvenient!! I wouldn't buy again and thanks furniture place!!”

“Furniture delivered damaged, email sent immediately reporting damage. No reply received, reported damage by telephone. Company not willing to refund or replace item. Would never buy from this company again!!!”
