I contacted the customer sales team prior to buying my desk to make sure that it could be orientated in left and right directions. The sales team went off to check and came back to tell me that it could. I went ahead and bought the desk. It soon became apparent that it could not orientate in both directions. I contacted the post-sales customer service team and they advised me that they had given me incorrect information and it could not change orientation. However they refused to refund me - offering 5% refund, increasing to just 7.5% refund when I declined the initial offer. As the desk is part built already I cannot return it. And I cannot use it as it won’t fit into the space. I am so angry that I specifically called with a direct question which led me to buy the desk. And that actually it was a pack of lies which has left me significantly out of pocket and with a desk I cannot use / will not have the hassle of selling on second hand. Do not ever buy from this lying company!

SAVE YOUR MONEY ! Do some research This company take your money at 100% mark up For products other companies such as Vida xl for example my units cost £170 each Vida xl sell the unit for just £81 The quality of the furniture is shocking frayed edges chip’s scratches The aftercare is no existent Don’t be scammed like me if you want a specific item find the original distributor try Vida xl they will probably have your item at 50% of the price

The WORST company I have ever dealt with, a bunch of crooks -AVOID. They have stolen my money. I bought the miami side table - the photo on the website showed a one piece table, but with the words 'all items come flat packed unless otherwise stated'. I rang the customer service and the advisor said that the table was one piece. When it arrived, it was a cheap flat-pack item. When I told the manager about my experience, he suggested I was lying, said that none of his collegues would say that. I asked him to check the call recording and he said there wasn't one. He then lied and said they would pay return postage. When I asked for it in writing, he backtracked and said he didn't say this. He told me I would have to pay £30 to return it and I didn't trust them to refund me so didn't send it. I put a one star review on Trustpilot. I then got a call from 'Mark Andrews' (unlikely to be his real name) bribing me to take the review down and saying they would pay the return postage and refund me as soon as the table reached the warehouse. THIS IS COMPLETELY AGAINST THE TRUSTPILOT RULES and I have a recording of him doing this. Unsurprisingly, they used a dodgy courier company who took THREE attempts to collect the item, wasting my Dad's time. They finally collected it over two weeks ago. I wrote 'Mark' an email and - what a surprise! - have had no reply and no refund. DO NOT BELEIVE THE RATING ON TRUSTPILOT OR ANY OTHER SITE. The company ring up those who give bad reviews and bribe them to take them down. By the looks of it, they also put up fake good reviews.

Do not buy anything from this company, if you return item even if it is damaged you will not get a FULL refund. Also the items I looked at came from China, many responsible company are now switching their manufacturing away from China.

Avoid this company at all costs!! 2 damages tables, countless emails, phone calls, waiting weeks in between each damaged item to have a replacement now it’s bordering two weeks and they can’t confirm with me wether they have the damage items (picked up by their own courier) in their possession or not. I am just constantly being told “we have to wait to hear back from the courier” or “there is no response from the courier”. This seems to be their favourite term to use “we’ve had no response” as they’ve said the same thing when I waited 3 weeks for the damaged table base to be replaced. Apparently there was “no response from the supplier” this time! They literally couldn’t care less!! The way the company treat customers is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! For the courier to also comment on their customer service that says something! I am still waiting for a refund of around £900.. AVOID THIS COMPANY I have also reported them to trading standards along with all the other people here.

I really liked the Igma mirrored rotating shoe cabinet. But decided to check the reviews before ordering as I have never used furnitureinfashion.net before. Well, that has certainly put me off using this company. My search continues.

They con you with the pick up charges, they send out the wrong colour then charge you £60/£80 to pick up, very bad service, don’t say you were not warned, bad experience.

Absolutely dire company, quality of materials is exteremly poor. All the wood cuts have frayed edges, fixings are all weak and break with any pressure. My items arrived covered in scuffs and they offered me 5% discount and advised this by their standards was minimal, this sums them up erfectly. Don`t waste your money on this company, you will regret it.

This is the worst aftersales service from any company that i have ever had the experience of dealing with. There is no person to speak to and they only deal with complaints by email which takes for ever to get a reply from. Every time i make contact with them they reply saying the warehouse has been informed and they will come back to me. I have bought from them previously and do like the products they sell however i think staff training is required and a better business model put in place to deal with customers who will have all paid up front for their products. Not in a hurry to purchase again from them!

Do not use this Company. The furniture is of poor quality and has major manufacturing defects. Holes in the gloss tops and draws. I wish I read the reviews before using them as they are all true. Terrible. No Customer service via telephone, email only!! You then just go round and round in circles. This company just makes it so difficult for you to contact them and resolve any issues. There business model being that by being this way you will just simply give up and go away!! You have been warned.

Worst company and incredibly disappointed about customer service. I don't normally opt for bringing business down, I sustain and trust they put customers at the centre of their business. But not with Furniture in Fashion. Spend over £3500, wanting to speak to customer service non available over the phone. Communication is done via email, with long wait on replay. Matter solved- NO. On damaged items its impossible to get them replaced or full refund. For items ordered, they change transport collection fee (between £35-50) so it makes it difficult for customer to win this game. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have spend so much money and energy. I got a lost of £450 on an approximately £3500 order. Disappointed how this business is treating customers, thinking that their poor quality items makes the customer fault, pushing transport fee on each item collected so we lose almost 40-50% of the value. Compensation on 5% is hilarious when even IKEA gives your money back or replaces the items. No manager available to discuss the matter, emails back and forth, with no satisfactory outcome for the client. One little advice for those ordering. Beautiful pictures on the website, but please check every piece on delivery, terms on conditions stipulate 7 days return(but because Easter period being off they've done no exemption) product lost to start with. If unhappy with items on delivery, refuse delivery. They will call back asking why, but at least you'll get your money back. It's good when items are in good state, but once damaged or any issues during assembly its a nightmare to get anything back from them, and I'm reporting thousands of pounds spend. I am absolutely disgusted how they've dealt with my case. As a growing business I wish them all the best, but I doubt they will get far if they continuing treating customers like this. Customers satisfaction should be their main strategy on this over saturated market...they are nowhere close.

I have never in my life received such appalling customer service from a company. I have repeatedly contacted this company about a replacement part I ordered and paid for in December. I have been ignored on several occasions and when I have had a response it has promised delivery dates that have come and gone. My item is now over 2 months late despite the fact they are still selling the product on their site. In desperation I contacted their CEO who has also completely ignored my mails requesting information and help to resolve my issue. I am not sure how a CEO of a company can treat his customers with so much contempt. I would avoid this company at all costs as it seems once they have your money they no longer care. Shocking service. You have been warned

Furniture looked nice online, lead time was 5-7 days until delivery, I ordered bar stools and table, after 7 days I had not received any delivery, used online tracker and asked for an eta but no one replied, after 10 days I called up and got told they had no idea when I would receive the delivery as the company who deliver the table had a van crash and would be delayed, i waited another 5 days and called again, I was told I would receive the delivery on 26th Feb and I would get a text from FIF and delivery firm, I only received an email from delivery firm, on day of delivery they attended and left all the items on the ground floor of my building and refused to carry them up (via a lift) to the 3rd floor even although I had a back injury. The girl who was delivering was extremely rude and not a good representation for the company. Item arrived and has a scratch in the chair leg and the table top is not flush. My advice is avoid this firm, poor company, poor service and poor quality products. I did feed this back to someone at their help desk but he didn’t want to know. AVOID.

If I could give a minus rating a would. Considering the amount they charge for the goods they are very poor quality. Quite simply the most awful company I've ever purchased from. We've been waiting 3 months for missing parts and the customer service is non existent. Email after email and the replies are simply ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible company, paid over £400 for a wardrobe and it arrived severely damaged and the quality was awful. Expected me to pay to return the item that was completely mis-sold. Avoid at all costs, I’ve had better furniture from budget stores.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY chest of drawers arrived in over 400 parts. Spent 8 hours putting it together, only for some drawers to fall off the railings because they were too narrow. 5 weeks of email ping pong trying to get a refund, and finally thought I’d got it sorted when they emailed and said I had to remove my negative feedback before they’d give me the money. Reported immediately to trading standards. No refund every received.

Received Rusty, old, damaged dining table returned back but no refund more than week now. Don't buy from them they are horrible furniture is as rubbish as their customer service. Have taken legal action to get my money back big scammers
