Returning an item like when i measured my Tellurium Q speak cable incorrectly which is factory terminated,I made a phone call to Futureshop and they were so nice,really wasn't an issue,I returned the cable and reordered the correct length,got my refund,to be honest they didn't have to do that.

Future Shop recently sent me a product to review, the Astell & Kern HC3 USB-DAC, with the agreement that I would pay 50% of the retail price. Unfortunately the device was faulty on arrival, however Future Shop were quick to refund me, on my returning the device, and have been very polite and informative in our corespondance. I really hope I will have the oportunity to buy and review more Future Shop products.
