“I was once an ardent fan of Gstart, purchasing multiple items monthly and eagerly awaiting new collections. My first purchase was during their collaboration with Pharrell Williams, a moment I still cherish. However, in recent years, especially post-pandemic, their customer service has significantly deteriorated.
On September 1, 2025, I decided to give Gstart another chance after noticing improvements in their app. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disheartening. After spending considerable time selecting around 10 items, I discovered that my entire order had been canceled without prior notice.
When I called customer service for clarification today, September 11, 2025, between 9:02 AM and 9:05 AM, the representative was not only dismissive but shockingly rude. He provided no explanations and merely stated that the items were unavailable. Instead of offering assistance, such as asking if I’d like help finding similar items or providing a courtesy discount for my loyalty, he was eager to hang up the phone. He even had the audacity to ask, “Do you have any more questions?” before abruptly disconnecting—literally in my face.
This treatment is unacceptable. It is Gstart’s responsibility to ensure that their website accurately reflects product availability. Not a single item from my order was actually available, despite being listed as such. Instead of acknowledging their error and offering to help rectify the situation, the representative seemed irritated that I even inquired about my order’s cancellation.
Let me be clear: I approached the call respectfully, explaining that this wasn’t the first time I had faced such an issue with Gstart, which is why I had significantly reduced my shopping with them. The absence of any effort to improve my experience or address my concerns is what truly frustrates me.
For anyone considering Gstart, I urge you to think twice. Customer experience should matter, and a company that neglects its loyal customers in this manner deserves scrutiny. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions. Gstart’s customer service has reached new lows—choose wisely!”

G Star provided no disclosure that the discounted jeans had a zipper fly and inferior fit, making this a classic case of misleading retail practices.”
“Absolute GARBAGE quality!!!!! Do not buy from this brand at any cost or discount!! I was rather enthusiastic when I ordered a t-shirt from G-Star but this will be my first and last ever order. The t-shirt arrived and is the same as on the photo but the quality can be compared to a mosquito net rather than a quality t-shirt. This makes me wonder if they even have quality standards at all when they sell garbage to customers.”
“Please be careful when ordering from this company. I returned a jumpsuit due to it being a size too small, they stated I had a stain on the thigh area. I thought maybe it would have been powder or lotion but I did not have anything on me. They refused to give me back my money but returned the item stating I caused the stain. I received the jumpsuit back today... it was a small white dot, I didn't have anything that would have caused that. I took a wet paper towel to wipe it and it came off, clearly they put it there so they would't have to refund my money. I will never purchase anything from this company again!!!”
“Don’t bother, find another alternative, product quality has severely diminished, obviously they have made changes to their supply chain as quality is nowhere near what it used to be. Jeans fell apart after only 3 months….
Even worse, their customer service ceases to exist. Not at the least concerned that they have supplied an inferior product. Buyer beware!!”

“I ordered by internet Rovic Zip 3D Straight Tapered Pant. I ordered in Grey. The invoice says "Grey". I received green. When I wrote to them, I was received an email of 350 words of instructions telling me all the conditions of how to return them if I want my money back. Including telling me that they would inspect the product when they get it back and threatening that I will not get the refund if they decided they didn't want to. But the part that I truly object to is when they lied and told me that they "cannot do exchanges or replacements", instead of admitting that they won't. They attributed it to "fortune" and "warehouse and logistics", as if they were not in control of this aspect of their company.
These pants are expensive and I expect better service at this price. Much, much better service!”
