“I paid for 24-hour shipping, but my order was delayed to 48 hours due to an error on Games Lore's part. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I proposed a reasonable solution: either they refund the difference in shipping costs or split the shipping on two future preorders to send them seperately instead of together to compensate for their mistake.
Unfortunately Games Lore's response was to refuse both options and cancel all my current preorders instead. This is a baffling business decision. For the sake of a few pounds, they chose to lose a regular customer (9 Purchases this month). It's a prime example of poor customer service and a complete failure to value repeat business.”
