this company is due in the county court on Friday, I'd suggest using the small claims online service if you feel the quality is not fit for purpose. Update on the outcome next week.

BEWARE OF THIS DREADFUL COMPANY. READ ALL THE GOOGLE REVIEWS FIRST!! I ordered a BillyOh Kent Garden office. The sales team informed me that 2 people could build this in a weekend (this is a lie – see below). A team of 3 of us spent 3x 10hour days (total 90 person hours) paining the individual parts of the building with wood protection (before the building was assembled). During this process we discovered many of the parts were severely warped and twisted or cracked. The quality of the wood is very poor (rough-cut pallet wood is used for the window and door frames). After several emails to GardenBuildingsDirect, they agreed to send replacement parts. These replacement parts arrived, but several of these parts were also severely warped. We spend the whole of the next weekend counting the parts and found that more parts are missing. GardenBuildingsDirect are not willing to accept their poor quality control and send the replacement parts - They are insisting that photos must be provided. We have wasted 2 weeks now in lost time waiting for replacement parts to be provided and met with resistance from GardenBuildingsDirect. The building comes with over 2,500 screws and nails!! - I’m expecting it will take at least 7 more days with 2 people to assemble this building (on top of the 90 hours for the first coat of wood protection) and feel that I have been lied to by GBD when told that this can be done in 1 weekend. Beware of the lies about assembly time and the very poor quality of wood and parts!!

Driver couldn't speak English and just kept saying parts missing. Shed parts just looked like a bonfire. Complained straightaway to be told check the parts but there isn't actually a full parts list for the whole shed Spent most of the day figuring it out. Parts missing. This is the worst shed I have ever had to put together and I have put many together in my lifetime. Don't waste your money. There is a video online to follow and all the parts are different so doesn't make sense.

Before you buy something from them Please read this If you want spend your money in this shop think twice its waste money very poor product took them only 8 weeks to send me parcels About 5 phones , 25 emails and open case in Paypal I got everything well almost everything Im paid for shed 270 £ but, because them mistake I spend another 60 £ in BQ for missing parts . After 8 weeks surprise , someone threw missing part in to my garden Conclusion: 2 months time to delivery all parts Extremely overpaid ! The worst company to deal with, brought a summer house for my 6 year olds birthday, plan was to have it built and ready for his party so all of his friends could play in it. It arrived on time, however lots of missing parts and when phoned they just said not their problem. It ruined my sons birthday as it was unsafe to play in due to the missing parts. I then have emailed them twice, but they have not had the decency to email me back. I normally ignore bad reviews as people embellish, but I would really not want to see anyone else have the same issues we have had. Good luck

This is the worst company I know After my 18year old son saved a £1000 and spent £923 on what looked like a decent shed It turns up weeks late and wrong parrs, sent it back turns up again only this time none of the pieces fit correctly Please save your money and DO NOT TRUST

Right from the delivery I should have realised there was going to be problems. The frame work fixing were either bent or missing the joints completely, the pack lists were completely soaked and damaged making it very difficult to read what was in each pack the construction detail sheet was also soaked and had to be dried before I could risk using them. When it came to the floor the instructions state to use the 100mm timbers to join the floor sections but there was only two in the initial pack so I had to cut some from my own timber stock. I eventually found them all as I opened other packs, the last two were in the pack with the finishing timbers. The floor and balcony were supposed to be a different thickness so the front frame would lip over to form a seal but as mine were the same thickness I had to make good the fault. When it came to the walls the T/G timbers were poorly cut, they were in places wider than the frame work and the gaps between the T/G were so bad that I was forced to seal all the joints with mastic. The roofing felt was also short by 3meters which again I put right with felt I had used on other jobs. When I contacted sales (several times) The stock answer was ''tell us what is missing and we will replace it in 2 or 3 days'' if I had done this it would have taken weeks to complete. I repeatedly said that I had completed the build but I still got the same stock answer I sent some pictures but they kept asking for more, when I pointed out the floor problems they said they would forward the complaint to that department, that was the last I heard of that. The floor was so flimsy that I have had to lay sheets of ply down, the roof panels are so thin that even though the felt nails were short they have all broken through the roof panels making it very unsightly. I was going to allow a full weekend to complete the build but it took well over a week with some help from a friend.

PLEASE CONTACT BBC WATCHDOG ABOUT THIS COMPANY Wish I had seen these reviews. Everything and worse has been my experience. After £2500 I received the most shocking summerhouse and shed not fit for purpose. Didn't fit together, cheap wood and after a few days of being constructed by a professional company ( who couldn't believe the poor quality) it's soaked inside as the rain is pouring in through the wall. I have contacted BBC Watchdog. Please if anyone else reads this that has had problems please contact them too. This company shouldn't be allowed to rip people off, then fob you off to a rude customer service in the Philippines. The only time you get anyone from the UK is when they take your money! Steer clear!

As u know i cannot log onto your system. I cannot read the encrypted messages you send . You have been messing us about for months . You have my order number, my email and my phone number. You have video, the photos, copies of receipts, the order number etc etc. Quit stalling. Avoid the nightmare of dealing with these clowns. Competitive prices, but terrible customer service. Delivery arrived on planned date, but parts missing. Struggling to get missing parts sent out 2 weeks later, wish i read these reviews before making my order. Never again!

Appalling company to deal with. They use external delivery companies who can't even deliver on time...On the first occasion we were told it would be 7pm, then 9pm! We are an office and close at 5pm.... they rescheduled the delivery and assured me 12pm-5pm delivery...waiting at 6pm and called them to find out where it is and they couldn't even tell me. The delivery driver was un-contactable.....Can't have faith it will even be delivered this time so have cancelled the order. Terrible service..pay a little more and get reliable delivery drivers not some random lady and her van treking across the UK, telling me she's been up since 4am and I'm to feel sorry for her...Just deliver my item on time!

My new shed, which cost over £600, was delivered as planned and on time. However, it was of very shoddy quality and made of poor, flimsy boxwood-type timber. Once erected it warped and gaps appeared everywhere. A new replacement front was supplied but this was as bad as the first one. The quality was appalling and I wish I had never ever bought this disaster. I have now had to spend another £250 to strengthen the structure and have replacement doors built. I would advise other potential customers to spend more, and not necessarily much more, to get a good quality shed elsewhere. A total waste of money, added to which very poor unreliable customer service

Worst experience of my life! Delivery was on the 20th of September...14 pieces missing of which was all door and window frames (pretty much the stand out pieces in flat pack). This is when my month of torment started, around 40 phone calls, threatening with return of product and 4 deliveries (incorrect parts, broken or missing) later I had everything I needed on the 17th of October. Trouble putting together as some pieces were warped, but managed to pull it off. Paid extra for a floor that was a complete rip off (worst construction ever), would need to put extra floor over the current one to make it look good. My advice in short, stay clear at a distance from this company to save yourself a lot of pain and money. I would give them negative 10 if the site would allow me!!!!!

ordered a log cabin as advertised on their web site, it was just what I had been looking for and waited delivery with great expectations. What a shock though when it arrived in the form of a flat pack and not in the form of panels which is normal in the trade. There was no way I could possibly put it together due to my age and infirmity so I decided to return as per their advertised policy in the hope of having my money immediately refunded, but now I am informed that they will be charging me £140 for delivery. The fact that this was not in panel form should have been made clear in the sales description, but wasn't otherwise I would not have ordered, They now hold back in excess of a thousand pounds of my money which as a pensioner of limited means I just cannot afford to be without. They advertise themselves with a philosophy of ' placing customer interest first and foremost and deliver a positive customer experience'. I suppose the only remedy now is to ask trading standards to help, but should I put up with this unnecessary worry and inconvenience

Cant give negative stars but absolutely would. Paid £400 on top of my order to have it delivered to Scotland. Turns up a month later, not all the main parts are there. A month later of brain damage from their "helpline" and I still don't have everything I need to build it. Its been sitting a month half built. Utter joke of a company. Avoid like the plague. Can't believe I have given these jokers £1500 of my hard earned to be treated like this. I have demanded refund and "computer says no" from the foreign call centre. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Customer Services are appalling - both on-line chat and telephone are laborious and ineffective. A lot of time was wasted trying to get answers. I had no confidence in the company and so decided to look at these reviews - I'm so glad I did and will not be ordering.

I ordered Carmen Log Cabin. Delivery date was set for 18th September. I took the day off work to be in for delivery. On 16th September i received email from BillyOh stating for unforeseen circumstances the item could not be delivered until 25th September. I do not like being messed about with such short notice. I have then gone online and seen all the terrible reviews this website has had. The terrible reviews are in regards to delivery dates, quality of sheds and customer services. Due to this i have decided to cancel my order. Little did i know how difficult this would be. First of all call centres are based abroad. Unhelpful phone centre which often hangs up after pressing and waiting for numerous time. Emails sent are always replied with it will take 24-48 hours for a response. I have sent numerous emails which has revealed there is no direct email or telephone number for the cancellations team. I have sent near on 10 emails now and each reply states they will forward to cancellation team as a priority and the cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours. I have now waited 72 hours and still no phone call from the cancellations team. I cannot contact anyone to speed anything up and each phone call to call centre results in the same unhelpful information. I believe the company is stringing me along until they can just deliver the shed and run away keeping my money. I do not believe it take 72 hours for cancellation team to make contact. It is very sad that a big company treats customers this way and runs such a bad customer service. I want my refund and to stop being strung along by unhelpful emails. Please think twice about ordering from this company as all they care about is your money

The delivery service requires a serious overhaul.. I selected a delivery date on placing the order, arranged to have time off to accept delivery, and with only a few hours notice that date was changed ( to the day before my selected date ). No apology or explanation from the Customer Care Centre. They did however advise that the delivery was the second scheduled on the new date, so I arranged to take the morning off, only for the product to arrive at 3.25pm! What is the point of offering a choice of delivery dates if they are going to be disregarded? And why is the Customer Care Centre not better informed about the reason for changes and the new delivery schedules?

Do not buy from this company. The product is substandard, doesn't fit properly, thin low quality wood used in parts, many pieces warped and damaged. Deliveries are absolute chaos - no parts labelled, very hard to identify. Customer service is incompetent. I would strongly recommend you steer well clear
