“work went well from start to finish, about 5 hours and the old boiler was out and new one installed. it has been in for a week now no problems so far. work men were pleasant cleaned up when finished. no complaints thank you. John E.”

“The office staff at Bolier Plan UK are very polite and helpful. The engineer was very professional and did a great job with minimal mess. He also took the old boiler away afterwards so we didn't have to dispose of it ourselves. The new boiler works brilliantly and the plan includes a 7 year warranty. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“My old boiler gave up the ghost the week before Christmas and as I was leaving for a 6 week holiday on Christmas Eve, I was most concerned that I may be leaving the lodger without heat, however Boiler Plan made sure that everything was sorted for the day before I left. The fitter was extremely efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after himself, in fact the flat was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived.”

“After being let down by other companies on a new boiler fitting Boiler Plan UK shifted other jobs aside to fit my boiler when they found I had not heating or hot water and hadn't had for weeks. The company director was amazing, everything was sorted over the phone. The two men who fitted the boiler were professional from the moment they arrived and the boiler was fitted all in one day. I would recommend this company above any others for their fairness, cost, professionalism and above all customer satisfaction. Thank you Boiler Plan UK.”

“from the first contact via their website, the rep who came out to the house to discuss the installation, to the guys who came out to install, ( even washing up their coffee mugs ) and to the engineer who serviced it a year later they were excellent - i would recommend boiler plan uk to everyone & infact i have to my family & friends , 5 stars / A +”

“The engineer arrived on time to fit the new Worcester Bosch boiler, rerun main gas pipe and fit new radiator. Excellent workmanship completed on time and to a very high standard. Highly recommended.”
