“Ordered bbq over a week ago. Received a call from delivery courier asking about delivery and agreed a day. Waited in all day no delivery and no phone call. Called courier who advised vehicle broken down so another delivery day agreed and once again no delivery. Still without bbq and really disappointed to have received no communication regarding cancelled deliveries. Appreciate this is done to the courier rather than the company I purchased the bbq from but I can’t review the product or quality of it when I still haven’t received it.”

We would expect the courier to give a courtesy phone call to let customers know if there is a delay especially after they arranged a specific date and time with you. We apologise that this did not happen and for any inconvenience this has caused you.

“Bought from here because they had the item I wanted at the best price. Although they were the cheapest I can't fault the service. Everything was sent out as promised and was ell packaged, etc. Due to a problem with the courier I did have to phone but the customer service was great. Happy to recommend and would use again”
