“I bought a thermocouple from HGP and it was the wrong one. They were happy to refund cost and postage. I ordered another one. This turned out to be too big, the first one was the right one after all. Luckily I had not yet returned it, so I fitted it, fa g HGP who were happy to swap the returns over. I have no problem recomending this company.”

“Unfortunately I ordered two items which were not correct and Hamilton could not supply a suitable fitting. However I returned the two fittings supplied and received full refund excluding the tax and it cost me over three pounds to return these goods.”
