“I love the look of the fire it is well made and moves around very easily.However I have not been able to try it yet because we are having difficulty obtaining a gas bottle for it,as we don't have an empty one to exchange.Don t know what to do next. Any ideas would be welcome.”

“Tbh atm I cannot give a proper review as we have not put it all together yet after having it for about a week. We are finding the instructions very hard to follow. I’m concerned about the side burner as it’s open gas and also using the bbq without a lava rocks even though I’ve been told it doesn’t need them. The cover I ordered to go with it seems very big. Once it’s up and running I can give you a proper review .”

“Not impressed to pay £5 delivery charge for £2 item which could have been posted royal mail”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see that your order was dispatched out with Royal Mail as the courier. We are based in N Ireland and all of our shipping comes with tracked delivery and the cost we add to customers' orders for this service does not cover the cost we incur from the courier provider.

“I spoke to Customer Service before purchase, and found him to be very helpful, along with good product knowledge. Needed help in getting correct connections fo the Cadac. The price was good and delivery quick. Packaging was very robust. Will use Hamilton again without doubt.”

“Barbecue is great and the process of ordering online was very efficient, only criticism was that I specifically requested that delivery happened on a nominated date (which matched the estimated delivery period when I ordered). This seemed to have been ignored and the delivery turned up three days earlier. If it's not possible to make a request regarding delivery, there should be a notice on the website.”

Thank you for your feedback John, it is very important to us. We can see that your order left us on a pallet. Pallet deliveries can take up to 3-4 working days to arrive however, this can be quicker, so it is very hard for us to judge exactly when an order will be delivered once it leaves our warehouse. The delivery date is solely down to the delivery company. The date you had requested was a bank holiday and the delivery note stated that the order could be delivered to the address next door.
