“Alan was absolutely brilliant - he couldn't have been more patient or more helpful. He recommended all the kit that was required and now I have set it all up, our commercial grill is working like a dream. I am so grateful to him for his time... there must have been 6/7 emails backwards and forwards! Poor fella dealing with me! Thanks again Alan - Hamilton Gas Products - you are lucky to have such a great employee!”
