“The order was processed efficiently. Unfortunately, the delivery was problematic. The delivery tracking did not update, so phoned to get an update twice. Was informed who the carrier was for the Isle of Wight (Isle of Wight Distribution). Phoned them who said they would deliver last Friday afternoon. Not Delivered. Went to their Cowes depot Monday morning to collect it. We were told it was at their Newport depot. Went to their Newport Depot only to be told it was at Cowes. Collected it from Cowes. Wasted 1 1/2 hours and got stressed. We have had a problem with this company before.”
