Thank you for your feedback Kayleigh. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. Apologies for any confusion, the 21mm clip-on adaptor part of this product changed and the picture on our website has not yet been updated. We have recently changed this part to a more durable metal adaptor rather than the older plastic one but they work exactly the same way. If you would like to return the item you certainly can but it is just a new longer-lasting version of the same product.

“motor gearbox made from nylox gears that easily strip under pressure, change to brass or stainless. meat spike clamps need deburring to remove excess bits in the centre hole”
