“Couldn't fault HGP, orders have been delivered next working day even when processed late in the afternoon, had a query on an order regarding stock levels and regulator springs which was sorted in a couple of mins over the phone and allowed me to get an order in. Great company to deal with.”

Thank you for your feedback Kevin, it is very important to us. We are sorry that your refund took longer than we would have liked. The faulty products you returned had to be sent back to the manufacturer for testing. This ordinarily can take anything up to 6 weeks, however, as it was over the Christmas period, unfortunately, it took longer than we would have liked. Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience that was caused.
