“Ordering was easy, customer support was first class. Unfortunately, Hamilton are let down by the poor delivery company DPD. The package had been badly handled and the body work was dented and twisted. DPD also automatically added Swiss VAT to their invoice and a handling charge 10 times more than the tax. Not happy but it is easier to accept, as the item works well and ideal for our greenhouse, it would be a hassel and costly to return the item and claim against DPD.”

“The Provence stove that I bought was beautiful. Bigger than I thought but a real statement piece. Took a while for the smell of new cast iron and new log bar to cure. But got there. Service from Matt brilliant. Would definitely recommend both the product and Hamiltons Gas Products”

“This order was to replace a faulty item. Thte only way we could get the replacement quickly was for us to pay for a second item on the understanding that Hamilton Gas Products would reimburse this amount within 6 weeks. It is now over 6 weeks and we have received no refund, that is why we will not recommend this company to anyone. Disappointed you have not kept to the agreement.”
