“No pipe connector was supplied. as it was a replacement I was able to use the existing one. If this had been a new fitting I would have been stuck. Thank you, Anthony.”

“I ORDERED THE MINISIT 0.710.744 AND RECEIVED THE 0.710.743. I HAVE CONTACTED HAMILTON REGARDING THIS AND REQUESTED A RETURN BUT TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION OR CALL BACK. I AM UNABLE TO USE THE VALVES AS THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT THREAD NEAR THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR. DELIVERED ON TIME BUT AS FOR RETURNS IT SEEMS NOT INTERESTED EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE.”

“Gas products are very new to me and I was unsure what I needed. I had thoroughly reviewed Hamilton's comprehensive website, but need clarity on a couple of issues. I spoke to Mark Burns ar Hamilton's, who provided very helpful advice allowing me to make a choice which is perfect for my needs. I placed my order and the delivery was completed within the time specified which is very impressive in these days of uncertainty. I had also sought Mark's advice on the eparate issue of a canister cage. He immediately sent through a scan of the item I needed. Brilliant service and friendly confident advice, thank you.”
