Thank you for your feedback Kevin, it is very important to us. We are sorry that your refund took longer than we would have liked. The faulty products you returned had to be sent back to the manufacturer for testing. This ordinarily can take anything up to 6 weeks, however, as it was over the Christmas period, unfortunately, it took longer than we would have liked. Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience that was caused.

When an order is dispatched, our system sends an automatic email to the email address provided on the order with a tracking number to allow the customer to track their order. As your order left with DPD an automated text message is sent from DPD to the mobile number provided on your order with a delivery date and time.
