“Even tho the produxt EN numbers are identical to my original part and the serial numbers are the same and the presure ratings are the same the item is not compatible and does not fit.”

Unfortunately the regulator you have ordered has the fitting suitable for propane bottles in the Republic of Ireland as stated in the description, so that is why it will not fit your gas bottle. You can certainly return the item at your own cost for a full refund, please contact our customer service team on 02891 461111 if you would like to proceed with this.

“The heater I ordered was delivered swiftly. I had a minor query regarding set up so telephoned Customer Services and they were very helpful. The heater was up and running very quickly and I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“Really please with the Sahara table top patio heater. Assembly was clear and straightforward, the supply of some descent tools was a nice surprise. From order to dispatch to delivery was painless. The build quality of the parts are very good and the most important thing is it performs well, with temperature control. The only possible niggle is the length of the hose that fits to the cylinder but too short for one customer could be too long for another, a suitable length of the correct hose was quickly purchased and fitted to suit my requirements Overall very impressed with service, product and value for money.”
