“Keep well informed of delivery date and time, haven’t assembled yet but can’t wait. Wasn’t the best delivery driver as he wouldn’t drive the lorry along my drive? Had oil tankers do it , so I had to assist to push it along the drive nearer to the house? Otherwise it would have been left in the middle so no vehicles could pass. I know the delivery has nothing to do with you. Overall your service was very good. Many thanks”

“They sold me a flue analyser that wasn't brand new. I have noticed scratches and realised that it wasn't new, as I paid for a new one. They told me to send it back and finally had a new one”
