“After much searching and attempting to contact many boiler suppliers regarding specifications it was only Hamilton that took the time to respond and give recommendations. Up to now I’ve have not yet had boiler fitted but all aspect of their service has been fantastic. I recommend.”

“Did not receive my item when stated. Doubt they would have said anything if I didn’t email asking where said item was. Apparently outer packaging was damaged by courier so not their fault. Item sent back. Still waiting for item which should have come today or potentially tomorrow. Not holding my breath, no communication that it’s coming or able to track item. All in all rubbish”

Thank you for your feedback Matthew, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that your original parcel was damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we do not track every individual parcel that leaves us. If a parcel is damaged by the courier, it is first brought to our attention when it arrives back with us, or the customer rings to chase their parcel as it has not arrived. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we contacted the courier and were informed that the parcel was badly damaged and was being held in their depot, ready to be returned back to us. Our Customer Service Advisor informed you that a replacement order was being sent out. Your parcel is expected to arrive in the coming days. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience that was caused.

“I asked for a repeat of a fairly recent order, I had the invoice in front of me and quoted the part numbers, there were only two items, a Y piece and a hose. The hose was the wrong length. The shorter hose will work so I have fitted it, but prompt service.”
